The founder
As a leader in AI consulting in Singapore, Mario Favaits founded Rainmakers SG in 2019, and in 2020 designed and delivered an online AI course for executives in collaboration with Deloitte Singapore. In 2023, he was awarded a Fellowship in Artificial Intelligence at the National University of Singapore (NUS), where he lectures in AI and co-designed the university's flagship GenAI programme.
His focus has shifted to Agentic AI and Automation, driven by a deep commitment to ensuring every AI project delivers measurable ROI. Since 2025, Rainmakers SG has partnered with Boston Consulting Group (BCG) to advise Singapore SMEs on digital growth and AI adoption.
He also serves as Chief AI Officer and board member at PPIC Technologies, and helps Singapore SMEs across a variety of verticals adopt AI that works.
